UAE Military Rheinmetall MAN truck


A Rheinmetall MAN TGS MIL Troop and Cargo transporter truck operated by UAE Armed Forces spotted near the Zaid Military City near Abu Dhabi-Dubai border. The 8x8 is equipped with a hydraulic crane to load and unload cargo.

The TGS MIL are based on the MAN TGS commercial trucks. They are designed in Germany but are assembled and militarised to individual customer requirements at RMMV’s plant in Vienna, Austria.

The TGS series features all-wheel drive, single tyres on all axles, improved off-road mobility are used as tank tractors, tankers or transporters.

And since they are based on commercial models, their lifecycle costs are very low.
